Kangen water is an alkaline water originally developed for use in hospitals in Japan but is now available to the public. There is a lot of negative information out there about this Japanese company because the water business is highly competitive and they have flooded the internet with false information. Regardless, we stand by this delicious ionizing water and believe that it brings out the original chemical-free flavors of the vegetables and other ingredients.
