Japanese Executive Chef Satomi Smith and restaurateur/sake sommelier Joshua M. Smith, PhD, lived together for over 13 years in Japan where Satomi was born and raised, but have made Josh's hometown of Buffalo their home base. These experiences ultimately influence their restaurants and business ventures.
