ABOUT THE CHEF
Having grown up in a successful family-run restaurant in Fukui, Japan, Executive Chef Satomi brings her Japanese cooking expertise to her namesake SATO in Buffalo, NY.
She has developed a culinary style of Japanese tradition and creativity that stems from a deep understanding of traditional Japanese flavors. Both restaurants feature house-made noodles and original scratch made ramen soups.
